The design and build project delivered seventeen two and three-bedroom bungalows as a select development in the coastal town of Caister-on-Sea. The properties are of a high-quality specification with vaulted ceilings, high-end kitchens and bathrooms, Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring, UPVC windows, composite front doors, feature timber wall cladding and bespoke porches, arranged in a spacious layout, which includes two affordable-rent homes in conjunction with Orwell Housing.
The design also includes renewable energy sources with air-source heat pumps and solar panels. ABS Building Services completed the mechanical and plumbing installations.
