The project involved the design and construction of 30 new houses and bungalows for open market and shared ownership tenure. The homes have been constructed using prefabricated timber frames to minimise the construction period and optimise thermal efficiency. The project also include highways, drainage and landscaping works including a central green space and children’s play area.
