BRIEF OVERVIEW

The design and build development of twenty-two new homes is a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom bungalows; three, and four-bedroom houses; and two-bedroom flats. The scheme includes eight affordable homes, which have been made available to families with a housing need and a local connection. The new homes, constructed with prefabricated timber frames, are contemporary in appearance and include air source heat pumps and underfloor heating.

The project was delivered for Broadland Growth Ltd, a joint venture company between Broadland District Council and NPS Property Consultants, which aims to provide good quality homes, with a financial return to the public purse to support public services. Our Delivery Team took time during the build to host an interactive project for City College Norwich Students, providing opportunities to learn about all aspects of the development process.
