The houses incorporate high levels of insulation and PV panels as part of the scheme’s sustainability credentials. Quality of finish has also been a priority with a strict regime of snagging and de-snagging before each batch of units are offered to the Employer’s Agent for hand-over inspections. The project was completed for Havebury Housing Partnership as part of a long-standing relationship of residential development projects.
