The design and build project was completed for Flagship Homes and incudes a variety of two-to-four-bedroom house and bungalow types for open market purchase, shared ownership and affordable rent, catering for alternative options for occupation.
The build specification includes high-end kitchens and bathrooms with renewable energy sources, such as air-source heat pumps and solar panels. External elevations make use of facing brickwork, render and timber cladding to add aesthetic appeal.
Flagship’s development project manager emphasised the unique aspects of The Fields and said “The site boasts and impressive hectare of open space, which is very rare for a four-hectare site. The street scene from Turkey Hall Lane is carefully designed to showcase the variety and quality of the materials used. A lot of work and consideration has been given to the scheme’s design to make this site standout”
