The project, completed by ABS Build Cocksedge’s Facilities and Leisure Sector Division, comprised extensive remodelling and refurbishment of the Aqua Sana Spa facilities at Centre Parcs’ Elveden Forest Site. The works included the creation of new Spa Package experience pods, including a feature panoramic sauna, new plant room including basement constructed within the existing car park bund, new feature pool to replace the existing pool and the full refurbishment of the existing wet-side space within the Aqua Sana. The Aqua Sana upgrade now provides five zones reimagined as Nordic Forest, Hot Springs, Volcanic Forest, Forest Immersion and Treetop Nesting, all inspired by the world’s most extraordinary natural environments. The works were completed with environmental and programme restrictions to ensure the luxury leisure village could remain operational during the project and limit down-time for the spar, which is a major attraction for Center Parcs guests.
