The design and build project involved the remodeling and refurbishment of two office buildings construction in the early 1970’s, and a roadside flint faced terrace, thought to have been built in the mid 1800’s, and previously converted for office accommodation.
The scheme included extensive structural alterations with the addition of a timber framed extension to form the fifteen new residential properties. The external areas have also been remodeled with communal parking bays and private gardens.
The development was completed for Havebury Housing Partnership and is a prime example of how redundant outdated commercial buildings can be repurposed to meet the housing needs of the local community.
