The project will see the design and construction of seventeen new dwellings in the seaside Norfolk town. The properties are all single storey and have been designed with a contemporary appearance. The scheme will include three homes available for affordable rent with one for shared ownership.
The final design stage is now underway, and we are working closely with Ingleton Wood Design Consultants to finalise plans ahead of the construction phase, which is scheduled for mid-summer.
The project will be delivered for Repton Property Developments. The company, which is owned by Norfolk County Council, aims to support the sympathetic development of local communities and amenities through better design, creating homes which exceed environmental standards through early adoption of new technologies whilst promoting economic growth through thoughtful supply chain management.
