The scheme situated off Hurstlea Road will see the construction of 32 dwellings and a retail unit.
The mixed tenure dwellings will consist of semi-detached houses, and two apartment blocks, one of which includes a food and convenience store on the ground floor.
The design and build project will showcase a collaborative approach with our team of consultants, Architects and Landscape Designers, Hamson Barron Smith and Rossi Long Consulting, Civil and Structural Engineers.
Our in-house division Bowie Construction will be undertaking below ground and infrastructure works, with ABS Services providing mechanical and electrical installations.
The new homes will be constructed using structural timber frames.
The project is now on site with completion due in May 2022.
