
The work will see the existing buildings completely modernised with new ensuite showers and accessibility improvements. A key driver is environmental improvements with building fabric upgrades such as new roof insulation and zinc standing seam coverings, new fenestration, and a new apex extension providing vertical access between the two blocks, which front New Park Street and Thompsons Lane.
We look forward to working with Varsity Consulting, Owers Warwick Architects, Conisbee Engineers, CPW Services consultants and Gleeds to deliver this important project as Trinity Hall’s first entirely degassed residential building.
