The £30m design and build project will see the construction of 39 townhouses with 245 ensuite study rooms and communal living spaces and kitchens constructed to the rigorous Passive House Standard to reduce future energy consumption. The scheme uses a model of terraced town houses formed with cross-laminated timber panel superstructures arranged around communal open spaces which include gardens and swales to form part of the sustainable drainage system. We are working closely with Allies and Morrison Architects and Smith and Wallwork Engineers to deliver the scheme for St Johns College.
